Registration Schedule:

Sept. 1st - Oct 31st, 2008: $25
Nov.1st -  Nov 14th, 2008: $40

Vehicle registration is $25 per vehicle + a new unwrapped toy worth at least $10.  Late Registration will close on Nov. 14th, 2008 (no exceptions, period).  There will be no at the door registrations. The $5 California Speedway access fee is included with your show registration (driver only).

You may bring your own food, and even BBQ for your group if you like.  There are no "in and outs" for show cars.  Cars must remained parked and engines off throughout the show unless you are also registered and participating in the track or autocross events.

Teams may register at the same time, or as individuals.  There is a $5 discount if you register and pay for 10 or more cars at one time...no discount for cumulative registrations. Please remember that there is no profit built into this event.

THERE ARE NO PARKING FEES...however,  we are required by the venue to collect $5 and have a physically signed waiver for every person 12 years and older. For show participants (drivers only) that $5 is built into your registration.  Your passenger(s) will be required to pay this fee individually at the gate, or ahead of time as an option when registering.

Load-in will begin at 7:00am and end at 9:15a, with the event open to the public from 10a to 3:30p.  Show vehicles that do not load-in prior to 9:15a will be required to park in the general area, inside the oval - but not with the other show cars. No refunds will be given for no-shows or late-shows.  Please see the schedule for specific activities and times.
