Event schedule

This is the final schedule for T4T08

6:00am - Staff setup

7:00am - Vendor setup & show car check-in begins

7:30am - Load-in begins (first parking lot on your left, as you enter off Cherry)

9:15am - Load-in closes (no exceptions, no refunds)

10:00am - Judging begins

10:00am - Show opens to the public

NOON - Lunch for staff, Marines & active military in uniform

Please note - you ARE allowed to bring food and drinks into the event (no alcohol or glass containers please).  You may even BBQ if you like, but you have to bring your own BBQ.  Support vehicles may exit the speedway to pick up lunch at any time.  Electricity and water is supplied about every 20-30 feet along the fence.  Please dispose of your trash properly.

1:00pm - Judging ends / scoring sheets due at staff

2:00pm - Raffle / giveaways

3:30pm - Show closes to public

4:00pm - Acknowledgements & Awards

5:00pm - Show concludes

6:00pm - T4T venue closes
